Thanks ... CGI_URL was set to a fully qualified URL, but a couple
settings had it preceeded by the domain name.  Also, FullUrl wasn't
set (defaulted to no) but full a URL was specified in the alias
parameter to Catalog.  I've corrected these and have the demo catalog
working.

I didn't previously edit these settings (at least not intentionally).
 Were these created based upon incorrect answers to the configuration
prompts?  IMHO, these prompts could be clearer.
