Shipping charges

Hi,
I am a new minivend user from the Netherlands. I am trying to setup the
shipping charges for my catalog.
The shipping charges are calculated as followws:
weight 0 - 10 -> charge = f 10
weight 10 - 20 -> charge = f 25
weight >25 -> charge = f 40
The name of the company who must ship the goods is PTT Post.
How do I get this to work in the Checkout page ?
What do I have to change in the simple catalog to get this done...
