Hi,

just thought that another way of gathering meaningful comments
about MiniVend would be to give the rating person a choice 
of making comments in public or not.

Anonymous is all good and fine (if one can stay anonymous on a
server 8-), but there is always this subconscious (?) 
self-representing side effect of anything one says in public,
which skews the results too.

The results are dependent on the questions. If the questions
allow to answer just by means of a rating scale, the comments
become more meaningful. Who is going to read them, influences
what is being said. May be I take this too seriously. 8-)
