When i spoke with Mike about a week ago he informed me there are thousands
of users on this list, which is not uncommon. I don't see the problem
considering each email has to be sent out to thousands of people. Then you
gotta also remember that there are those systems that are not configured
properly or have a slow connection where you just watch the machine sit
there for a minute waiting for the other system to respond. Take into
account all those factors.. you got your answer.

There have been other suggests for "faster" help, but that's not always
guarenteed.. There are IRC channels setup, there is a search engine on the
minivend.com site for searching for help (which helps a lot) and their are
those who are up that will respond to you as soon as they can assuming they
have the answer(s)..

If you can't be a little patient, then I recommend you at least try reading
the manual while you wait, it helps kill time a lot.
