Im kind of guessing here that the subroutine form_mail is following a protcall 
that formmail or cgiemail uses to put information in the header. Thats why I 
am guessing that maybe one of those lines could be for the "from" field. I use 
cgiemail on my server for forms processing so I am not familiar with formmail 
if that is in fact what is being used. 

I should clarify that mvend is the owner  and that is what is ending up in the 
from field.
