Cross refrencing a field and other questions!

Hey Everybody,

Topic 1.

I was wondering how to cross reference a field in a product table.

i.e. shirts.asc
code description price colors
0001 Big Shirt 1.00 red,blue,green,yellow

and based on the optional colors add in a cost adjustment from a color
cost table?

I was going to use perl to loop through the '[loop-data shirts colors]'
and return a form for each available color.  But I can return a value to
minivend
from perl without leaving the perl code completely.

I am sure this has been done before and if anyone has any good ideas I
would
appreciate the help.

Topic 2.

I know in the documentation that there is a reference to multiple
product tables by
modifying the ProductsFile variable, but I have recently upgraded to
3.12beta13 and
don't see the default in the catalog.cfg and was wondering if it is
still
the right way to do this.
