I also discovered that release 3.12 does not fix Minivend generating URL
such as the following when using a different domain for your secure
server. The URLs look like:

     https://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/mysite/simple
                                   ^^^^^^^

A "/mysite" seems to get added each successive secure page, so leaving the
receipt page you get the URL of:

     https://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/mysite/mysite/simple
                                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
So I left the /cgi-bin/mysite/simple alias in the Catalog directive in
minivend.cfg and made the links off of the recipt.html page
"http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/simple?[data session id]"
