Here's what I did to upgrade. It's slightly the long way, but I like a
clean install.
1. Stopped server. Renamed my "minivend" directory (3.12beta10)
2. Removed all files for "simple" from "catalogs", web server dir, and
"cgi-bin". I left the other catalogs in place.
3. Installed Minivend and the simple demo.
4. Made sure permissions were correct on /cgi-bin/simple
5. Made necessary changes to minivend.cfg. I keep a list of these, plus I
diff'd the old and new to be sure. Restarted.
6. Tested the simple demo to be sure
7. Added other catalogs to minivend.cfg, exported userdb.gdbm to
userdb.asc, stopped server, removed all .GDBM files (per note about
Storable). Restarted.
I probably forgot some little stuff, but that's the main stuff.
