Hello,

I am having a new shipping problem.  If I put in the zip code starting with
806, USPS does not ship to that address, and UPS does.  The USPS selection
comes up as 0.00 for the cost.  A note comes up as the error code telling me
that USPS doesn't ship there, but I can still select it and put through the
order.  Is there a way to not allow the shipping cost to be zero???
