Try using [sql set]. The way I read the docs for [import table] it
is not for use with SQL, although you might try adding type=SQL to
the [import table] statement.

Doing this using [sql set] goes like this:

[sql set]
    insert into Orders values (
        '[value mv_order_number]',
        CURDATE(),
        '[data session source]',
        '[value name escape]',
	...
        '[value email escape]'
    )
[/sql Orders]
