mv wiz wanted, and 2 questions

we need a mv wiz who can help us through tough
spots. preferably somebody available by phone
during reasonable hours.

right now we have two issues that are beyond us.
one is that our product is shipped out in
fixed-priced-shipping units, so it doesn't work
to add the weights and then consult the UPS
chart as i'm told mv wants to do. our client
basically receives a packaged good, puts their
label on it and ships it out again. so ordering
four of them doesn't mean a shipping-cost break
for the purchaser.
the second is our client wants a checkbox on the
checkout page that says click here if you're
tax-exempt, in which case tax isn't added in;
client also wants a text field for tax-exempt
buyers to give their tax id numbers. we're basic
htmlers not able to do the checkbox thing and
we've not been able to do the shipping as we'd
like.

if you can help us, and would be available to
help in the future, please let us know your
availibility and rates. we are a small and not
wealthy company; we typically pay by in usd
check from us bank mailed out friday a week
after services are performed.

we also look forward to the continued help of
the mv-users list, for it has never failed us
thus far.
