minivend on CD

Hi, 

some of you already know, that we are staging
a Linux-Day in Kaiserslautern (http://www.linuxtag.org)

We are producing a CD which includes all software
presented in the lectures which includes a minivend
presentation. 

question to Mike:
Are we allowed to press minivend on that CD ?, 
we are producing approximately 5.000 CDs.

question to all:
I&#180;m no Linux/Unix Guru, but if we are allowed
to include the minivend software, we need a
rpm and source rpm. Is somebody willed to build
such a package for us ?
