Shipping calc after Discounts and Tax

Hello all,

	I swear I remember a thread a few months back about calculating
shipping after all discounts and applicable taxes. I looked through a
hundred or so posts returned from an archive search on shipping, but I
couldn't find it. Does anyone else remember the thread?

	What I need to accomplish is calculate shipping based on value of order
after all the discounting and sales tax have been added in. My current
shipping.asc 

upsg	UPS Ground	price	
0.00	0.00	e Nothing to ship!
upsg	UPS Ground	price	0.00	50.00	7.50
upsg	UPS Ground	price	50.00	100.00	12.50
upsg	UPS Ground	price	100.00	150.00	15.00
upsg	UPS Ground	price	150.00	200.00	20.00
upsg	UPS Ground	price	200.00	250.00	25.00
upsg	UPS Ground	price	250.00	300.00	30.00

FYI discount is a custom ENTIRE_ORDER type. 
I'm running 3.12 but nearly all the pages were originally developed back
in the 3.11 days.
