Flycat demo failure

When I checkout with flycat I get the following error:

Runtime error: Undefined subroutine  &Vend::Config::getUPS called at
(eval 17) line 12.

I'm just scratching the surface, so I'm trying to figure out how to fix
it.  Any thoughts?
