POST to the basket having set mv_order_item to the product code
desired. mv_order_attributes (AFAIK) works along with that for
any selected attributes.
That might be hard from a banner randomly located on someone
else's system. In that case, you may need to use a GET and a
redirect. Or set TOLERATE_GET and put it in query string - YMMV,
I've never tried the latter.
