Quantity Discounts and MixMatch

I have a client who wants his store to offer a 10% discount to anyone
ordering 1 to 5 items, and a 20% discount for 6 or more items, regardless
of which items they buy.

I turned MixMatch on to deal with the "regardless of what they order" bit,
but how would I apply different discounts depending on what they order?

Would it have something to do with how CommonAdjust is set up?

I know how to do quantity *pricing* on individual items, but I'm at a loss
as to how to do quantity *discounts* based on overall [nitems]...
