[mv] Can't open bin/localize_

Hi:

I am installing minivend under windows 95, with the latest perl523 (also tried 5.005) and
personal web server. DB_File, Base64 and libwww were all obtained by running perl PPM as
suggested in readme.win.txt

The problem is: No matter minivend version 3.14 or 3.12, I always got error
        "Can't open bin/localize_, no such file or directory"

when running  configure.

Searching the archive with "bin/localize_", I got no match.

What was the problem?  Any one has a clue to this?
