I think you may have to use the [tag export database file* type*] tag
[tag export products][/tag] export the current database to the current default
as specified in the Database directive. Use it's other switches to do other
things, see "Manual->Databases->Exporting a Database" and "Tag
Reference->Tag->Export" for more details
