The main thing is a perlscript where they can start/stop/restart mvend
with. I think they dont need to have a makecat because the can copy all
their stuff on the server to add a new catalog. But I wanna make a
html/perl-script in the future where they can put all the informations
in for creating a new catalog, which is an "interface" to the makecat
script.
