[mv] COUNTER NOT INCREMENT

I have a SERVER NT 4 Service pack 3 + Option Pack 4.
Alll Minivend is OK and works OK. There is only one BIG problem.
The counter of orders don't increment.
In catalog.cfg there is the "OrderCounter  etc/order.counter
I read all mails in newsgroup Minivend and have not found solution.
I have seen other configurations and all is OK.
There is someone who can help me, because is veri important to have
a order number.
