Without visiting your site...i remembered about this similar trouble. In
my case, the reason was a wrong permissions or group/username of the
v/tlink file in my cgi-bin directory. For example, the minivend server
is running as the user "minivend" from the group "minivend" and the
v/tlink is stored as user "Flygel" from the group "yxz". I have solved
this via "chown minivend:minivend v/tlink-filename". Of course, make
sure, you use the right user/group name.
