[mv] MV4: minivend mistakes -D command line option for -d

Hello!

 I'd like to report a small bug with Minivend 4.02
This is on FreeBSD 3.1 with Perl 5.005_02

When starting Minivend with the "-D" option as below, minivend responds
as if the "-d" option was given. This is easy to workaround by using
--DEBUG instead. An example of this bug is below.

Option d requires an argument
