[mv] 3.14 SQL Modifiers?

We are using mSQL with minivend 3.14.

Most of the products in the database have only one way to come.  However,
now that the company is adding more products, we are looking for a way that
we can take products with multiple colors/sizes/etc and rip them from the
database into a select box.

I know that this can be done by some little perl programming, but we were
wondering if there is some hidden tag that would allow us to do the same
thing.

Any help would be appreciated.
