Re: [mv] [mv 4.02] - make test fails
****** message to minivend-users from Ed LaFrance <edlafrance@printexusa.com> ******
Okay...I don't understand, if the message about perllocal.pod is benign,
how come the install did not complete? The directory was not created or
populated, even though the terminal window echoed that a bunch of files
were being installed. It's not there. Is it because 2/6 'make test'
failed? Did the installer script make a note somewhere not to complete the
install because of this?
I guess I should rephrase the my question, to whomever may have an answer
and is willing to take the time to reply: what specifically do I need to do
from this point forward to get Minivend 4.02 installed? My client pays for
their server space by the megabyte and my time by the hour, so I would like
to hear one other solution besides building their own instance of Perl, if
anybody has one :-)
