Does minivend (4.03) open the socket connection to the database being used?
I've read through most of the documentation and I'm having problems
connecting to our database on another machine that is running Windows NT 4.
We're not using IIS and I got the impression that minivend is assuming that
the user is using that, thus creating the socket.
