[mv] E-mail problem

I'm working on getting the confirmation e-mail working correctly. I've made
some changes to the various order profiles (major overhauls) to get this
working,

I'm attempting to get the order e-mail sending with the following
/etc/mail_receipt  page.

This sends me an e-mail with the correct subject and return address, but the
body is not present..at all. Anyone have an idea as to why it wouldn't be?
