I've found the restart to be unreliable. The only true way to reset
minivend seems to be by killing the daemon, and issuing a
"/usr/local/minivend/bin/minivend start."
This way a thorough re-read of the cfg files is performed. Some variables
and changes to .txt files seem to be missed otherwise, at least that's how
it seems to me.
