I meant, did you change it to 0. But if not, what is the reason that PostgreSQL
doesn't work with the Interchange Alpha?

I have some messages in PostgreSQL's error log:

ERROR:  Bad timestamp external representation ''

The unterminated quoted string appears when I tried to update the test user
Papa Bear.
