[ic] Shipping file corruption

My host has 4.6.0 up and running, but having major problems with the shipping methods.  The file got corrupted and now I cannot edit any method or data.  After you get into the method and click on next or finsihed it gives you a 500 error.

I was able to add new methods, but it will not let you delete the corrupted methods.  Mys host has been no help after two weeks of working on this and they ahve provided no advice as to how either.

How can I get this fixed or have my host fix this problem.
