I am not sure what is going on in your store with this not found page.

At about 11:21 am ET I visited your store using IE: 6.0.26 and ended up 
with a page not found error when being directed to:

https://m-and-d.com/cgi-bin/MDS/process.html

I ordered one product (a manual).
