[ic] Access raw match count on search results

Hello,

I would like to access the contents of [match-count], regardless of whether
there is a [more-list] match.  How can I do this?  What I ultimately want to
do is this:
(assuming that I can store it in a scratch var)

[bounce href="[area [item-code]]"]
