    Would modifying lib/UI/pages/admin/flex_editor.html as follows:

-[table-editor cgi=1]
+[table-editor cgi=1 file_upload=1]

    have any noteworthy negative repercussions?  My objective is to be able
to upload files from the variant edit screen.
