Are you using the cybercash test credit card number? If you use any number
other than the valid test numbers (one of which is 4111 1111 1111 1111)
then it will fail. Also, did you copy ALL of the .pm files to your
libdir? You'll know you got all of them if minivend says CyberCash Modules
Found (or something close to that) when it restarts.
