[mv] question about using MML inside HTML using MV= syntax

Hello!

  I'm hoping someone can help me debug this MML. I'm trying to embed in
HTML as mentioned in the documentation. Interpolation is not  happening,
and there is no message in the error log. I've tested the same construct
using standard Minivend syntax and it works.

<TABLE border=1>
<TR MV="loop prefix=era list='60s 70s 80s'">
	<TD MV="loop prefix=politics list='Liberal Moderate Republican' ">
	    [era-code]-[politics-code]<BR>
	</TD>
</TR>    
</table>

Why doesn't this work? And how do I deal with the "quote within quotes"
problem? Is there
a way to escape a " inside a set of ""'s in this syntax?
