Hi,
I've come across the same problems with our minivend installation that
others have been having and reporting to this list.
It worked fine up until I changed the content of one the pages and uploaded
it.  From then on, we've had the problems with rotating.  Uploading the old
page back (and restarting the server) had no effect.

My observations so far:

The rotate tag works as long as there is no session defined for the visit
(we've got a rotate on the initial index page, and when we try refreshing
that, it works without a hitch).
As soon as theres' a session in the url, it locks into the last displayed
rotate page , with maybe the odd occasional change.
All I can be assured of at this stage is that it IS rotating, but on a
per-visitor basis than the more preferable variety of the per-page basis.

Another observation - if there IS a session in the url, we can make it
rotate succesfully by  uploading the page source via ftp (e.g. the results
page).  Without this upload, it stays with the same rotate file content -
but with the upload (and only on the first use of the that file) - the
content that the rotate tag pulls in changes.

If anyone has any suggestions as to what to do about this, I'd be most
greatful!
