Here are the most 2 common problems when you see the
error message:
"We are out of service or may be experiencing high system
demand, please try again soon."
1. The Minivend server is not running on the server, try a restart.
2. The cgi vlink program permissions are not correct.
(This can happen if you download/upload the vlink or
in some other way change the permissions)
It should be owned by the same user as the Minivend
server is running as and usually needs to be set SUID
IE: chmod 4755
