[mv] Can't find Shipping status settings

I've searched and hunted through everything (docs, mail list) but, I can't
seem to find the valid order status values anywhere.  If I set order
status to anything but pending in minimate the page throws an error.  I
would like to use the order status to be able to be set to 'pending',
'processed'.  Could someone please, point me in the right direction.
