[mv] bin/minivend (-r) not working

Hi,
sorry to bother again, but i'am finally able to enter the store (though i
get a error (minivend server is unavailable) but it hink that is because i
haven't restarted the server yet, the command bin/minivend -r doesn't work
nor leaving the '-;' out
the following error is what i get:

does this have something to do with me editing the files in notepad and not
with something like pico ?
