[mv] Recipt Page

I've updated all the pages I need except for the recipt page.  I can't find it.

I used the simple catalog as a default and the manual mentions a recipt, or
final.html.  But the  URL shows process.html and I can't find any of those
files.

Any ideas where that pages is?
