[mv] Orders mailing as a pair of attachments

Hello, all,

    I'm using MV 4.04, and currently, orders are being sent as two
attachments -- one with the order, the other with the cc number, if
applicable.  I'd like to just have a mail with the cc number attached,
again, if applicable.  Has anyone else had this problem?  How can I get the
main set of info into the body (which is currently completely blank)?  I'm
using basically the standard report file.  The following portion seems like
it might be relevant:

[tag mime type TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=US-ASCII][/tag]
[tag op=mime type="Order Text" interpolate=1]
[scratch order_text]
[/tag]

[tag op=log file="etc/[value mv_order_number]" interpolate=1]
[scratch order_text]
[/tag]

[if value mv_credit_card_info]
[tag mime type application/pgp-encrypted][/tag]
[tag op=mime type="CreditCard_[value mv_order_number]"]

[/tag]
