Try something like this:
                [discount ENTIRE_ORDER]
		   $s - 5
		[/discount]
                ...
		[currency] [discount-price noformat] [/currency]
                [if discount [item-code]]
		<BR><FONT COLOR=RED SIZE=-2>Item is discounted
			[item-discount]
			</FONT>
		[/if]
