Added Minivend 3 compatibility tags as an appendix. (Yes, that means something
like cutting and pasting, but at least they're together with all the other
upgrade info, out of the way of most users who don't need them. Plus, it's
unlikely someone upgrading would need more than one or two anyway ...)
