I am looking 2 CGI program:

1. Search Socks Proxy(Port 1080), and display in a web page.
Example: http://www.proxybench.com

2. CGI proxy Mailer, using this to send e-mail through socks proxy.
Example: http://www.arkysoft.com/proxymailer.asp

this 2 CGI i will install in my web server, my server is running Linux

Do you have this 2 CGI..? or could you create it for me..?
How much in US$ ?
