And (forgot to mention):
 - Switch to double-pass generation of output documents for
   html-nochunks and html-chunks.

   This will allow glossterm links to work properly, and will allow
   us to use profiling (displaying conditional text). We'll use
   profiling to enable "online examples" as well as to produce 
   documentation which is directly tuned to a package it's built
   for (debian-based, red hat-based, generic, etc. or any combination
   of them).
