[interchange-docs] Convert_Date Filter Documentation

A patch providing another example for the convert_date.filter  
documentation is attached:

   To get a pretty date like "May 16, 2007", use
   [filter convert_date."%B %e, %Y"][time][/filter].

This shows how to use a more complex string than a single item as per  
the existing year example, and that you need the quotes.
