[interchange-biz] Periodically recurring orders using Authorize.net

I have to develop a system that allows logged in users to place an 
recurring order that will be sent to them each month after charging 
their card with the Authorize.net module.  There needs to be a backend 
for users to cancel their transaction.  I see in the archives people 
have asked about this, but I don't see anyone replying.  I could develop 
this but if someone has this coded already and wants to work with me, it 
might go faster, and be cheaper for my customer.  Please me know what 
you have and the price.
