[interchange-biz] Professional installer needed

Hello
   
  I leased a server from Rackspace.com and asked tem to install Interchange for me, they did, however we can build a catalog and everything seem working fine untill you try to access the server and we get a 500 ERROR.
  We tried everything and rackspace.com gave up.
  Anybody can help?
