  There is no mention that it is located in Baden-Württemberg, so if you need to
  abbreviate them choose whatever you want as long as the full name is used
  towards the users.

+ Now that I think about this, there may be no reason to put the Bundeslaender
+ into state.txt since the whole purpose of that table is to choose a state for
