+ Using the Red Hat Ecommerece Suite, set up the site originallyt with commerece
+ launcher to use sales tax for:
+ NC NY UT with Nc=6, NY=8, UT=6.35
+ Then selected "Tax shipping" in commerece launcher. Launched website, it taxed
+ the sale, but not the shipping. Went to the admin interface and went under
+ "taxes" and tried to sleect "tax shipping" from the toggle button for that with
+ each individual state, error log complains tha:
