  Buy e.g. the Spackling Knife, check out, and on the receipt page its item
  options show up as pull-down menus. Not the most useful time to be changing
  options, *after* the order. :)

+ I applied a patch to the core on 6/12 that lets [item-options] override the
+ widget type, this bug is what would happen if you don't have that patch.  Make
